This e-learning module follows the Windsurf SE Internal Audit Team as they develop a comprehensive approach to auditing the HR-processes from recruitment to capacity adjustment within a global, multicultural organization. The content is structured around realistic team discussions, highlighting practical audit considerations and best practices.

Through interactive scenarios and team discussions, learners explore how to identify risks, evaluate controls, and design audit procedures for key HR areas: personnel planning, employer branding, talent acquisition and retention, recruitment and selection, use of temporary and contract staff, onboarding and probation, personnel deployment, HR controlling and reporting, capacity adjustment and downsizing, staff departures, and international HR management. 

The course features practical examples, shared templates, and collaborative workshops, equipping learners with the skills to audit HR processes effectively in a complex, global business environment.

At the end of this e-learning the key facts are summarized. The whole e-learning is based on the ficticious internal audit team of the Windsurf SE based in Germany to make the transfer into the practice more easy. This is the first e-learning that is completely based on internal discussion within the internal audit team of Windsurf SE resp. the Board with Management functions. 

This e-learning is part of a serie of several courses related to HR-Audits and it was written with the support of GenAI-functionalities under human control loop. 

This e-learning takes 3 hours (50 minutes each). The individual modules are deepened by learning questions. At the end of the course, a 10-question test must be completed. After passing the final test (70%), you can download a course certificate that you can use as proof of your professional development. 

This certificate includes 3 CPE for your reporting on continuing professional education.
