This e-learning module follows the Windsurf SE Internal Audit Team as they develop a comprehensive approach to auditing Human Resources (HR) within a global, multicultural organization. The content is structured around realistic team discussions, highlighting practical audit considerations and best practices.
The module begins by establishing the importance of HR audits for ensuring effective people management, legal compliance, and alignment with business strategy. The team identifies four main HR audit focus areas: Recruitment and Capacity Adjustment, Personnel Development, Personnel Management, and Payroll and Personnel Administration.
A significant portion of the module is dedicated to the framework conditions that underpin all HR audits. Labour law compliance is emphasized as a critical audit area, with attention to local and international regulations, employment contracts, working hours, and employee rights. HR-Compliance is addressed as a broad topic. The structural and process organization of the HR function is also examined. A dedicated section addresses performing HR audits in conformance with data protection requirements.
At the end of this e-learning the key facts are summarized. The whole e-learning is based on the ficticious internal audit team of the Windsurf SE based in Germany to make the transfer into the practice more easy. This is the first e-learning that is completely based on internal discussion within the internal audit team of Windsurf SE resp. the Board with Management functions.
This e-learning is part of a serie of several courses related to HR-Audits and it was written with the support of GenAI-functionalities under human control loop.
This e-learning takes 2 hours (50 minutes each). The individual modules are deepened by learning questions. At the end of the course, a 10-question test must be completed. After passing the final test (70%), you can download a course certificate that you can use as proof of your professional development.
This certificate includes 2 CPE for your reporting on continuing professional education.
