This e.learning on the previous eLearning regarding the Internal Audit Competency Framework. The course focuses on the competency development as a process starting with learning taxonomies, objective setting, individual learning preferences and learning approaches. For each group you will learn several options with transfer to the internal audit function. In details you will learn the following:

- Use of Social Learning in Internal Audit (Interaction with others)
- Use of Experiental Learning Methods in Internal Audit (On-the-job Experiences)
At the end of this e-learning the key facts are summarized. The whole e-learning is based a case study of the internal audit team of the Windsurf SE based in Germany to make the transfer into the practice more easy.
This e-learning takes 2 hours (50 minutes each) and costs EUR 90 incl. VAT. The individual modules are deepened by learning questions. At the end of the course, a 10-question test must be completed. After passing the final test (70%), you can download a course certificate that you can use as proof of your professional development.
This certificate includes 2 Ethics-CPE because compentency development covers an ethical requirement in Principle 3 and the Standard 3.1 for Competency and Standard 3.2 for Continuinng Professional Development of Domain II in the GIAS.
