This eLearning provides an overview of the requirements and implementation of Root Cause Analysis in Internal Audit and its consideration when evaluating findings and drafting recommendations for management action plans. It provides insight into problem solving  methods, explains 9 root cause analysis methods and 8 creativity techniques to equip them for successful root cause analysis.

The eLearning is aimed at audit novices as well as experienced auditors who want to learn about proper root cause analysis. It can also be used to refresh existing knowledge.

This eLearning takes 2 hours (50 min. each) and costs EUR 75 incl. VAT. The individual modules are deepened by learning questions. At the end, a test of 10 questions has to be passed. After passing the final test (70%), you can download a course certificate that you can use as proof of your professional development.
